    Catering Service Types Offered:

    Self-Serve Buffet Service: With this option, all guests serve themselves in a buffet line manner. In addition, service includes full setup & cleanup of equipment for dining purposes (i.e. prepared food, dishes, plates, utensils, serving dishes & catering equipment).

    Bulk Order Catering Service (Drop-Off) : With this option, the food is prepared, packaged (Individually) in bulk & delivered directly to the client’s specified location. Please note that plates, cups, silverware, napkins, serving utensils and steam table setup services will be the client’s responsibility. However, we do offer those services for a small fee. There is no cleanup service included with this option.

    Bulk Order Catering Service (On-Site) : With this option, the food is prepared, packaged (Individually) in bulk & delivered and catered (hand-out) directly to the client’s specified location. All plastic plates, cups, silverware, napkins, serving utensils and steam table setup services will be provided by Grand Affairs Atlanta. There is no cleanup service included with this option. However, we do offer those services for a small fee. There is no cleanup service included with this option.

    Mobile Catering (Drop-Off Service): With this option, the food prepared is prepared off-site in our commercial kitchen and delivered directly to the client’s specified location. We provide disposable plates, cups, silverware, napkins, and condiments. Grand Affairs Atlanta will provide disposable chafing pans, serving utensils, and catering sternos.

    Passed Appetizers or Heavy Hors d'oeuvre Service: With this option, all guests will be served a selection of delicious appetizer and/or heavy hors d’oeuvres selected by you (the client) and served by the Grand Affairs Atlanta staff. This option is generally served during cocktail hour.

    Plated Service: With this option, all guests serve themselves in a buffet line manner. In addition, service includes full setup & cleanup of equipment for dining purposes (i.e. prepared food, dishes, plates, utensils, serving dishes & catering equipment).

    Tabletop Charcuterie Boards and/or Food and Drink Stations Service: With this option, all guests serve themselves manner. In addition, service includes full setup & cleanup of equipment for dining purposes (i.e. prepared food, dishes, plates, utensils, serving dishes & catering equipment).
