At Grand Affairs Atlanta, you will find the largest selection, highest quality, and best priced linen, table, chair rentals and more for all types of events. Due to existing upcoming customer rentals and demand we generally request a 72 hour advance notice for our rentals. However, inventory may allow some same day rental depending on the quantity.

Submitting a rental request does not guarantee that your order is confirmed. Upon receiving your request, a member of our team will reach out to confirm pricing and details. Once confirmed, a rental deposit for the order will be required to hold the items for your specific event date.
Rental Deposit
Grand Affairs Atlanta requires a 50% pre-payment for all rental bookings (with the exception of same day rentals). This ensures that the items you have rented are reserved for your event date. This pre-payment is due upon booking and is non-refundable. For a full list of terms and conditions, please refer to your rental invoice and contract. Weather and specific damage policies are listed and explained in our contract.
Rental Return
Prior to delivery, all items are inspected to ensure that they are clean, void of defects, and ready to use. We expect that items are returned to us clean (except linens) and with china, silver, and utensils scraped and rid of food as necessary. There will be an additional cleaning charge per cloth for all tablecloths with candle wax. Also, linen should be dry and free of food, in order to avoid any mildew or staining. Do not store wet tablecloths in a plastic bag. Tables and chairs must be knocked down and folded, unless other arrangements are made prior to delivery.
The responsibility for rental items is the customers from delivery to return, with the customer being held responsible for breakage and lost equipment. We expect that all items will be secured against harmful weather conditions.

Delivery
Delivery may be available upon request based for a fee on distance from our store location. We have a minimum order size of $1000 for delivery orders. To avoid additional rush fees, delivery orders must be reserved 7 days or more in advance prior to the date of delivery and customer pick up orders must be reserved 3 days or more in advance prior to pick up date.
